The idealcandidate will bring experience in corporate sales, B2B partnerships, and workingcapital finance. This role is critical to expanding KredX’s corporate footprint,deepening relationships with enterprises across sectors, and enabling scalable supplychain finance programs.You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and activating mid and largecorporates on the platform, while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers toensure seamless end-to-end engagement.Key Responsibilities• Identify and acquire mid-sized and large corporates to participate on the TReDSplatform for factoring, reverse factoring, and supply chain financing solutions.• Own the complete onboarding journey—from initial pitch and documentation toplatform integration and activation.• Engage senior stakeholders (CFOs, Treasurers, Procurement Heads) and positionKredX as a strategic partner for working capital optimization.• Collaborate with the supplier acquisition team to ensure supplier-side enablementfor each onboarded corporate.• Design customized SCF programs based on corporate structure, payment terms, andrisk profile.• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Operations) to ensure asmooth onboarding experience.• Track activation KPIs, transaction volumes, and client satisfaction; provide regularupdates and forecasts.• Represent KredX at industry forums, procurement meets, and corporate events toenhance brand visibility.Key Competencies• Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, enterprise onboarding, or relationshipmanagement—ideally within Fintech or TReDS platforms.• Strong understanding of invoice discounting, supply chain finance, and workingcapital solutions.• Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage senior decision-makers infinance and procurement.• Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with product, risk,operations, and compliance teams.• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Analytical mindset to monitor account performance and identify growthopportunities.Qualifications & Experience• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Fintech or TReDS platforms.• Exposure to mid and large enterprise clients is highly desirable.• Prior experience onboarding corporates onto platforms or financial products isstrongly preferred.• MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is desirable.
