The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts and ensuring that Energy and Resources Accounting products meet the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality assurance policies and proceduresManage a team of quality assurance professionals and provide leadership and guidanceWork closely with other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of our operationsDevelop and implement quality metrics and monitor performance against these metricsEnsure compliance with industry standardsLead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actionsDevelop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees understand and comply with our quality standardsContinuously evaluate and improve our quality systems and processesAs a member of the product group's leadership team actively contribute to the success of the product group and the company as a wholeAble to work/be available couple of hours a day that overlap with US Business Hours is a must.QualificationsA Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on quality assuranceAt least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologiesExperience with industry standardsExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge in accounting applications Additional InformationAdditional InformationInterviews and selections are being done continuously.
