You will bring experience and knowledge in:Procurement experience across different marketDemonstrating a future-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business strategiesStrategic sourcing and risk managementBusiness and financials and an understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and lossLeading and developing teams in a multi-cultural environmentOrganizational agility, influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business prioritiesModelling trust, integrity and perseveranceHow you will contribute:Sourcing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop, deploy, and manage sourcing strategies for raw material (Flavors, Starch&Glucose, Gelatin, Citrates, Hydrocolloids, Acids, Chemicals, Phosphate, Colors etc.).Lead supplier negotiations, contracting processes, and ensure cost-effective agreements aligned with business needs.Supplier Management & PerformanceMonitor supplier service levels and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and performance reviews.Investigate root causes of service gaps and implement corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.Financial Process (PNOC) & ReportingMonitor IBP Volume update vs IBP, Monitor volume projections and align them with LE IBPContract Coverage: Prepare and mantain Coverage Report to track contract coverage against FCST volume identifying potential gaps or risk in Supply ContinuityTracking Prices; monitor actual price evolution for the categories, comparing against September FCSTOpportunities & Risk (O&R): Identify, assess, and quantity procurement-related risks and opportunities, updating financial outlooks accordinly to suuport business decision-makingCompliance & Contract MgmtEnsure all sourcing activities adhere to company procurement policies, safety standards, and legal/compliance frameworks.Execute Contract Risk Assesment (terms, liability, penalties, etc)Create an eSAF for every negotiation over USD 250K, defining whether it is a Bid Waver or Bid Record, in alignment with the expenditure Approval MatrixContract LifeCycle: Ensure robust procurement governance across the organization, with a strong focus on contract lifecycle managementSupport health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives across sourced services.Value Creation & ProductivityIdentify and execute cost-saving initiatives while improving service quality and sustainability.Provide regular reports on sourcing performance, savings achieved, and market developments.
