Our regulatory compliant solutions and services enable leading financial institutions and corporations to create and sustain competitive advantage.Job Summary:Solytics is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Subject Matter Expert with 8+ years of hands-on experience in ICAAP, ILAAP, Stress Testing, regulatory reporting, and risk policy formulation.This role requires a strong leader who can independently lead projects, guide teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous enhancements to risk management frameworks across the organization.Responsibilities:Leadership & Project ManagementLead end-to-end ICAAP, ILAAP, Stress Testing, and ERM-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Guide and mentor team members, oversee task allocation, and ensure structured project execution.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Risk, Finance, Treasury, Data, Business Units) for data gathering, validation, and regulatory reporting.Drive continuous improvements in risk frameworks through proactive leadership and stakeholder engagement.ERM, ICAAP, ILAAP & Stress TestingFormulate and review Risk Appetite Statements and related policies.Prepare ICAAP, ILAAP, and Stress Testing reports in line with regulatory guidelines.Document and update ICAAP/ILAAP policy changes and ensure compliance with RBI and BASEL III standards.Perform stress testing across business segments and document scenarios effectively.Strengthen existing risk appetite, ICAAP, ILAAP, and stress testing frameworks to align with evolving regulatory expectations.Communicate policy changes and data requirements to relevant departments.Regulatory Reporting & ComplianceEnsure proactive risk reporting to regulators, senior management, and ALCO.Interpret and implement regulatory updates, supervisory expectations, and industry best practices.Enhance MIS and reporting frameworks and ensure timely implementation of new guidelines.Address audit and regulatory queries with accurate and well-supported responses.Key Requirements:8+ years of progressive experience in ICAAP, ILAAP, Stress Testing, and ERM frameworks.Strong understanding of Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statement linkages.Sound knowledge of BASEL III, RBI regulations, and other regulatory guidelines.Experience working with data models, data mappings, and regulatory reporting structures.Strong understanding of banking products across both assets and liabilities.Excellent analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with teams across functions.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines.
