Specific Job Responsibilities:Portfolio Pipeline development tracking & Alliance management Responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing for all pipeline projects.Understand and track status/timelines of product development, submission, approval for IH products and update key stakeholders accordingly.Execution of portfolio strategy throughout development, keep all stakeholders informed and ensure product is fit for launch right first time, especially with regards to timing, MOQ, COGs and batch size.Organize monthly product development meetings with R & D to track all the IH generics projects as per launch timelines set by EMENA portfolio team. Responsible for continuous process improvement in pipeline product deliverables across indications/therapy areas to meet the launch timelines for day 1 products. Responsible to get update on the monthly exhibit batches planning and execution status.To attend Clusters calls and Planisware BC review calls and Share updates on ongoing activities on the pipeline product status. Add value to generic products by driving the differentiating calls for PST approved INNs in liaise with EMENA generics portfolio team and product lifecycle management meetings to bring the improvement in current products or therapy that can add help healthcare professionals and patients in multiple aspects. Share updates to exec team on ongoing activities for the pipeline product status. Support to bring alignment between clusters and R&D, reg team for timely dossier submission of CH, MENA and CIS, BALKANS market.Cross FunctionalRaise new Planisware opportunity for upcoming IH products filings & decide filing strategy in liaise with EMENA portfolio team to provide CMS list, pack confirmation to RA before submission. To hand over pipeline products to the NPL team post submission To provide NPL forms, advice/design launch strategy to the NPL team for EMENA generics portfolio. To support in resolving any queries related to Batch size, MOQ, development, pack size/style confirmation to streamline the activities. Team SupportArrange meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for pipeline products development activities.Attend meetings with key stakeholders to both originate business and deepen relationships.Assist in continuous learning process through improving standard templates and guiding other teams to make best use of team materials.Over time, build an effective network of contacts at Accord. Comfortable working on multiple projects / tasks simultaneously to stringent deadlines.Ability to engage and develop a dialogue with people of diverse backgrounds and skillsets (scientists, accountants, regulatory, sales and IP specialists)Ability to assess own deadlines and priorities.An enthusiastic and ambitious team member.Strong organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Relevant Professional / Educational Background:Pharmaceutical or Biotech Degree level qualification and a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably within Business Administration, Finance or International Business degree.It is essential to be fluent in English. Exposure or understanding of European Pharma market.Preferential: New Product Launch preferred; second preferred: Portfolio / RnD / RA / Supply chainProject Management of complex projectsWell versed in AI usage
