Maintains receiving, warehousing, and issuing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing to support the business goal.Take charge of the infrastructure expansion (planning and execution) according to the business growth.Train the subordinates in roles or responsibilities regarding logistics strategies.Responsible for Raw Material and Packaging Material receive and issue functions runs smoothly and effective supports to other departments.Coordinate with other departments for RMPM and support in time.Achieves financial objectives by monitoring the operation expenses against budget; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems and customer issues.Monitor the distribution process to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.Develop risk management programs and mitigation plan to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.Plan and implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems and processes.Enforcing adherence to government regulation requirements on W&D operations activities and advising management on needed actions.Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and safety records.Maintains physical condition of warehouses by planning and implementing to meet the Carlsberg Excellence Standards.Optimize the team performance results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, documents handling processes, and distribution methods.Review and implement the current LOG KPI's performance, execution plan onwards, logistics initiative and decision making to successfully deliver the optimal results.Budget preparation with the consideration of necessary preparation for overall logistics efficiency improvement with contingency plans to overcome the possible challenges.Monthly review and present to Group with necessary action plans to deliver the yearly targets.Prepare CAPEX Project, process administration work RFA, PRN and submit in a timely manner. Plans and execution of Capex projects deliverables within agreed-upon timing and budget.Job SpecificationsAny Graduate Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain 5 to 8 years in related fieldsAdvance Excel SkillsLean/ 5SEnglish language proficiency (oral and written)Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Customer OrientationAbility to meet customers’ expectations. Build and maintain successful internal and external customer relationships. Applies feedback to improve the quality of services provided.Result OrientationDocumented history of own, measurable and outstanding achievements in operations management, as a business leader and through the development of others.
