Find Opportunity everywhere with KPMG!As part of our growth strategy, KPMG in Greece proudly announces the opportunity to hold a Management position in the Audit department.Our Firm belongs to a network of firms that offer exciting opportunities for personal growth, career development while playing a key role in the audits of leading international and local firms in all lines of business.As a Manager within our Audit practice, your role will involve overseeing the following tasks:ResponsibilitiesManage client engagements or components of large engagements.Ensure effective engagement management by achieving the required targets.Participate in day-to-day management of team on engagements including guiding, providing constructive feedback and performance development.Provide technical knowledge, coaching and training to team members.Perform audit quality standards.Have a thorough understanding of accounting and business issues.Own and apply project management skills.Use innovative tools and adding value to clients.Ensure continuous communication and building strong relationship with the team and clients.Seek out new business opportunities, by explaining KPMG services and apply our Firm’s values.Have the confidence to speak up and respecting the individual.Provide on the job training to the members of the team. Candidate ProfileCandidates must have the appropriate audit experience and professional qualifications, or in the process of acquiring it having completed all professional exams.At least 6 years of working in audits.Good knowledge of International Standards on Auditing, Greek GAAP, IFRS and / or US GAAP.Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Fluent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.Analytical, problem solving and project management skills.A strong team spirit approach coupled with people management capability.A continuous focus on quality.
