The role will involve managing a team of approximately 4 members, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with accounting standards (including IFRS), and optimizing AR processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.Position ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Accounts Receivables team within the Accounting & Finance department.Oversee team activities including AR invoicing, month-end closing tasks, and the development and optimization of AR processes in the ERP system.Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments such as Corporate Finance, FP&A, and Business Operations to address ad hoc issues, implement new procedures, and meet reporting requirements.Prepare VIES, Intrastat and other AR related tax filings.Oversee and manage MyData compliance.Perform accounting duties, including accounting and commercial reconciliations for large data files related to customers, revenue, and bank reconciliation filesHandle month-end and year-end closing tasks and actively contribute to the annual financial audit as well as ad hoc tax audits.Identify and implement process improvements to optimize AR functions and reporting.Mentor and provide guidance to AR team members to develop their skills and efficiency.RequirementsUniversity degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field from a top-tier university in Greece or abroad.5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to AR and team management.Solid skills in accounting, tax, and due diligence, with strong knowledge of IFRS.Strong skills in data analysis, including combining and reconciling multiple Excel spreadsheets.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work independently, maintain orderliness, and coordinate multiple tasks with diverse stakeholders.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of thriving in a startup/fast-paced environment.Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.Ideally, an automotive enthusiast.Benefits Opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing scaleups Private Health Insurance Free coffee, snacks and beverages Car benefits Ongoing training and development Competitive salary Amazing working environment based on Respect, Fairness, and Transparency All applications will be treated in utmost confidence and will only be seen by members of our recruitment team.
