The role includes significant leadership across the different businesses, which make up the Dell Technologies family. To ensure that all business units & field organisations feel part of the Swedish team, are well aligned and working together to the common good of all our Dell Technologies customers and partners in country.What You’ll AchieveAs a Managing Director, you will develop strategic vision for Dell Technologies Sweden and manage all sales operations for an organisation or business while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at a strategic level.You will:Lead the Swedish Sales Team and Work CouncilRepresent Dell Technologies in press, industry associations, and public forumsImplement Dell’s business strategy with a deep understanding of Sweden’s evolving technology landscapeHold full revenue, margin, and OPEX responsibility for the Swedish sales businessReporting StructureThis role leads a matrixed organisation of approximately 200+ people and reports to the President of Sales EMEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild diverse, highly skilled, and professional teamsFoster a collaborative and customer-focused culture across the Swedish organisationEnsure strategic agility to stay competitive in dynamic marketsInfluence the IT agenda at the highest levels, including CxO and government stakeholdersDeliver outstanding customer experiences and complex business solutionsAct as a keynote speaker and press spokesperson on AI strategy and Dell’s role in transformationDrive strategic account management and pipeline developmentAttract, retain, and develop top-tier sales talentRepresent Dell Technologies in the Swedish IT community and broader ecosystemLead the sales organisation to meet or exceed performance objectivesActively contribute to the North European Senior Management TeamWhat We’re Looking ForWe need a leader who thrives in transformation.
