This role involves full P&L responsibility, strategic leadership, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and grow the Romanian subsidiary in line with global strategy.Drive sustainable profitability and market share growth.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation.What you'll need to succeed :Minimum 5 years in senior management, ideally in the medical devices industry.Degree and relevant professional qualifications.Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent English.Why Apply?
