The newly appointed Managing Director will lead this business through the next phase of success and development, focussing on profitable growth, diversification and restructuring while ensuring operational excellence is maintained.Skills / Abilities /ExperienceOutstanding leadership credentials in an aerospace SME environment involving the manufacturing and supply of parts to tier 1 and 2 aerospace customersStrong commercial acumen with experience accrued at a senior level within a comparable organisationHigh energy, inspirational leader with a track record of working well with and motivating others, maximising resources well and a willingness to adopt a hands on, roll-up sleeves approachA demonstrable track record of successfully delivering profitable growth and commercial valueOur client is a highly successful, long established and well-respected manufacturer in the sector.
