This role is pivotal in driving revenue acceleration, deepening client engagement, and shaping regional sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.What You'll Do At PegaLead, manage, and motivate a team of sales directors selling to defined target accounts in an assigned vertical business covering AsiaProactively identify key accounts in various verticals such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Telco & Utilities, Growth sectors and evaluate business opportunities to build market share and utilization of servicesMeet or exceed pipeline and bookings metrics by working in the field with your sales team to successfully engage clients and close businessExecute full GTM cadence (forecast, pipeline, client health)Work with Pega’s Partners to generate Pega value propositionsHave an executive presence to engage with senior client executives and maintain close relationships to drive good business alignment.Be responsible for the Asia Renewal Business - ensuring healthy renewal rate and that all client projects deliver the desired outcomes.Work closely with Pega Asia Consulting leadership to ensure the Pega Consulting business delivers the desired outcomes and aligns with the go-to-market sales strategies.Build and own executive relationships with focused Asia Pega partners - ensuring our partners are aligned and successful with Pega's business.Drive Regional Growth: Lead sales strategy and execution across Asia markets to achieve ACV and margin targets.Enterprise Client Leadership: Build and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers across key verticals.Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing, culturally diverse sales team.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with GTM, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success to deliver integrated solutions.Forecasting & Planning: Own pipeline accuracy, business planning, and performance tracking.Strategic Influence: Represent APAC in global sales forums and contribute to long-term regional strategy.Who You AreYou are a hands-on sales leader who has successfully led a team of sales directors and sales executives who challenge the norm and influence customers on their digital transformation journey.A high achiever experienced in managing teams selling complex softwareUnwavering focus on our prospects and clientsAn empathetic leader, a persuader, influencer, effective collaborator and an active listener, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance around thoughts, plans, people, activities, services and productsWhat You've AccomplishedBA/BS degree or equivalent business experience10+ years of enterprise software sales experience including managing sales leaders.
