Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the sourcing, development, and execution of local equipment and parts procurement in Indonesia. 2. Conduct business negotiations with suppliers regarding inquiries, price comparisons, bargaining, and delivery schedules; control procurement costs and achieve cost reduction targets. 3. Organize procurement tenders, contract reviews, and signings, and ensure the implementation of contracts. 4. Collaborate with requesting departments to monitor suppliers' delivery schedules, product quality, and quantities, and promptly communicate, coordinate, and resolve any abnormalities. 5. Regularly stay informed about market trends of procured equipment, and maintain data collection, organization, and updates of procurement resource records. 6. Manage procurement documents, update procurement data in SAP/SRM systems, and maintain order management.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business English, Chinese, or related fields. Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of experience in equipment and spare parts procurement.2. Familiar with international trade processes; prior in-depth knowledge of Incoterms is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications.3. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese. English can be used as a working language.4. Familiar with trade-related regulations in Indonesia.
