Manufacture Manager - Packaging

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations at Integras Printing & Packaging. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability across our production plants—covering prepress, PPIC, printing, finishing, QC, maintenance, and delivery operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all manufacturing activities and ensure production goals are achieved with efficiency and accuracy.Maintain consistent product quality and on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.Establish, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and process controls.Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and production teams to meet performance targets and KPIs.Drive operational improvements through lean manufacturing, ISO standards, and continuous improvement practices.Monitor, analyze, and report production performance metrics, identifying and executing improvement initiatives.Support technology adoption, automation projects, and digital transformation within manufacturing.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).5–10 years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.Background in packaging, FMCG, or offset printing is a strong advantage.Demonstrated success in building SOPs, systems, and organizational frameworks.Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, ISO implementation, process improvement, and quality management systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management skills.Strong digital fluency with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and AI-based productivity tools.
