製造工程師（Manufacturing Engineer）

Responsibilities:1. Plan and control production schedules to ensure smooth operations according to targets.2. Improve productivity and optimize production processes for higher efficiency.3. Establish and standardize machine operation procedures to ensure consistent quality and safety.4. Conduct personnel training to enhance skills and promote continuous improvement in production.1.規劃並管控生產進度，確保依目標順利執行。2.改善生產效率並優化製程流程，以提升產能。3.建立並標準化機台操作流程，確保品質一致與生產安全。4.執行人員培訓，提升操作技能並推動持續改善。Qualification: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electronics, or related field.2.3 years above experience in manufacturing .3. Proficient in using office software, and being able to write weekly work plan report and project improvement report4. Coperate Auto CAD software basically5. Familiar with the operation process of making production plan, cooperate with the production management to make or adjust the production plan, familiar with the material use, finished product/semi-finished product scrap process.6. Familiar with IE improvement techniques (action decomposition, time analysis, etc., able to analyze each process and improve productivity, capable of writing productivity improvement reports)7. Able to make appropriate training plans according to new and old employees, and have experience in training production team leader.8. Able to use QC 7 techniques to analyze abnormity of production lines and deal with defective products.English:Intermediate Chinese:Intermediate Thai language is a plus.1.具機械工程、電子工程或相關科系之學士學位。2.具三年以上製造業相關工作經驗。3.1. 熟練使用office辦公軟件，並能撰寫工作計劃週報和專案改善報告4. 可基本操作 Auto CAD軟件5. 熟悉制定生產計劃的作業流程，可配合生管制定或調整生產計劃，熟悉材料領用、成品/半成品報廢流程6. 熟悉運用IE改善手法（動作分解、工時分析等，能夠分析各製程工序並提升生產力，可撰寫生產力改善報告）7. 能夠根據新舊員工制定適宜訓練計劃，並有培養生產組長的經驗8. 能夠運用QC7大手法分析產線異常，並追蹤處理不良品英文：中等程度中文：中等程度具備泰語溝通能力者尤佳
