Manufacturing Engineer

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team. This role is responsible for interpreting mechanical drawings, planning material usage, supervising fabrication processes, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with laser cutting, metal sheet work, and production planning tools.Key ResponsibilitiesReview mechanical drawings and verify BOM accuracy using IFS systemCalculate steel material requirements and prepare cutting plans based on local market sizesCreate and prepare drawings and programs for laser cutting, folding, and turningSupervise technicians in cutting, folding, and lathe operations to ensure quality, safety, and timely deliveryCoordinate with design and internal teams to resolve production issuesLead safety initiatives and ensure a zero-accident environmentConduct quality inspections before passing work to the next processMonitor tool readiness and maintain a clean, organized workspaceProvide daily and weekly progress reports to supervisorsContinuously improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and qualitySupport company activities and perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related fieldsMinimum 2 years of experience in laser cutting, metal sheet work, and folding operationsProficient in AutoCAD, CypCut laser software, and cutting programsStrong English communication skillsHealthy and free from prohibited contagious diseasesMale candidates must have completed military service (if applicable)Preferred QualificationsStrong leadership, discipline, and attention to detailHigh responsibility and excellent interpersonal skillsCreative thinking and continuous improvement mindsetPositive attitude toward quality, safety, and cost control
