A typical manufacturing engineer has the ability to make engineering drawings and read and interpret blueprints. Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssembly line setup support - standard work - PFMEA - control plan - SFMEA - tooling Layout update Electrical wiring harness design and assembly support - Design for Assembly New Capital Introduction support In Process Validation (IPV) development Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering. 2 years of Engineering experience required. Wiring harness design experience. Required Technical SkillsCreativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas. Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
