To support the brand’s growing production network in Egypt, we are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Leader who will oversee multiple supplier operations and drive excellence across production, quality, and efficiency metrics.Position: Manufacturing LeaderLocation: Egypt (based in or frequently traveling within major manufacturing hubs) Reports to: Regional Production Director / Global Manufacturing Travel Requirement: Extensive (supplier site visits across Egypt)Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Leader will play a key strategic and operational role in managing garment production across partner factories in Egypt. The position requires a strong technical background, leadership ability, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure that production processes meet the brand’s global standards for quality, sustainability, and on-time delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end manufacturing process for woven and knitwear product categoriesOversee production performance across supplier base to ensure alignment with company KPIs (quality, delivery, cost, sustainability)Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement best practices in manufacturing efficiency and quality assuranceProvide technical guidance and support to factories, resolving production and process-related issues proactivelyEnsure compliance with the brand’s sustainability, ethical trade, and health & safety standardsPartner with planning, sourcing, and product development teams to optimize capacity, cost, and lead timeLead continuous improvement projects to enhance factory capabilities and operational excellenceTrain and mentor local production teams and suppliers to strengthen technical know-how and performanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in apparel manufacturing or production leadership, preferably in woven and knitwear categoriesStrong technical knowledge of garment production processes, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principlesProven experience managing or supporting multiple supplier operations in international sourcing environmentsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong supplier partnershipsFluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantageHands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented leader able to work in a dynamic, multicultural settingAvailability for frequent travel within Egypt and occasional international visits
