Collaborate with various teams to optimizeproduction, resolve quality and efficiency issues, and drive continuousimprovement. Acting as a key member of the engineering team and workingclosely with all departments within product manufacturing to ensure thatall engineering and other technical requirements are met, and that anyproblems or issues are communicated and remedied quickly and accurately.

This position is also responsible for managing, monitoring, andoverseeing new and existing projects through the entire scope of themanufacturing process by performing the following duties. ## ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following**: **Process Development: **Develop and optimize manufacturingprocesses, including tooling, materials, and assembly methods, whileadhering to regulations and industry standards. - Manages and monitors entirely new products and programs awardedto PMC of significance, with exclusions that may includedetailed components or small packages not requiring programmanagement resources. Ensures PMC production planning is accurate, up to date, andrepresents the processes required to produce quality productswithout concern.

Develop objectives by reviewing project plans Completes technical studies by studying plans and specificationsand calculating time requirements Works closely and in cooperation with quality control,engineering, and document control on quote updates, revisionchanges, corrective action measures, and engineering changes **Problem Solving: **Identify and resolve production issues, such asdefects, material problems, or equipment malfunctions, usinganalytical skills and technical expertise. - Demonstrates the authority to stop any production order forquality concerns Reviews planned operation support requirements, which includestooling and vendors **Documentation: **Create and maintain documentation formanufacturing processes, including work instructions, inspectionplans, and quality control procedures.

- Prepares engineering cost estimate and status reports bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends,and by recommending actions. **Collaboration: **Work closely with Engineering, Programming,Planning, Tooling, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamlessintegration of manufacturing plans and processes. **Continuous Improvement: **Implement lean manufacturing principlesand identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains. **Quality Assurance: **Ensure that manufactured products meet qualitystandards and regulatory requirements, through inspection anddelivery to customer. **Technical Expertise: **Possess a strong understanding of aerospacematerials, manufacturing methods, and relevant regulations. **Leadership & Teamwork: **May lead or mentor manufacturing teams andcollaborate effectively with cross-functional groups. **Documentation Management:

**Maintain and update manufacturingdocumentation, including work instructions, inspection plans, andassembly build sequence planning.
