Manufacturing Manager

The role is based in Lao at Lao Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Ltd. The candidate must be willing to re-locate to work in Lao.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that products are produced on time, meet quality standards, and within budget.Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements, Maximizing the line availability to support best possible output.Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in product demand or production capacity.Lead the planning, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, procedures, machinery, and tooling.Drive improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and safety.Analyze process performance data to identify and implement enhancements in yield, runtime, quality, and cost.Prepare and manage the unit’s budget, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to address variances.Manage resources and activities for manufacturing engineering, product design, and support teams.Provide ongoing support for production challenges and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within a multinational manufacturing environment, especially in FMCG or related business.Strong familiarity with industrial methodologies and tools to support the business.Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.Understand in business acumens to analyze the opportunities for achieving the goal and target.Good team player and high leadership demonstration to all staff level.The role is based in Lao, Vientiane Capital. The candidate must re-locate to work in Lao.
