Manufacturing Operations Specialist

R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.We are looking for an Operations Manufacturing Specialist who will oversee a range of tasks, including processing repairs, custom orders, and canceled orders. Additionally, this role involves addressing customer service inquiries, promptly resolving order issues, and providing support to the department manager with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive with a high level of proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks, along with a good communication and people skills.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate processing of repair requests and custom orders while ensuring timely completion and customer satisfactionReview and process canceled ordersMonitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders while coordinating with vendors for timely replenishmentTrack outstanding orders and resolve any issues to prevent procurement delaysReceive, label, and store replenishment stock and organize inventory for efficient retrievalResolve order issues promptly, collaborating with teams for smooth operationsAssist department manager with daily administrative tasks to enhance efficiencyMonitor and process advanced shipping notices from suppliers for timely material receiptInspect and process product returns from customers, following established protocolsEnsure ERP system accuracy for transactions and materials movementsProactively troubleshoot order issues for expedited execution.
