Our broad capabilities enable Accenture to drive end-to-end transformation, from strategies to implementation and operations, with the aim of maximizing the value for our client and for the society.More than ever, we also place sustainability, inclusion, and diversity at the heart of everything we do.Your background Our Manufacturing (Senior) Managers typically have the following competences:Completed Master of Science (M.Sc.), preferably in engineering, business or economics (or built up by experience)Fluent in English is mandatory, and either Dutch and/or French, any additional languages is a plusMinimum 11 years of working experience within the manufacturing environment, working on innovative solutions: Shaping & designing manufacturing transformations Defining a target operating model for the operations function Familiarity with analytics, industry 4.0, operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma techniques, IT/OT convergence Affinity with technology, familiar with latest technologies Familiar with tackling strategic business & IT/OT challenges in the context of consulting projectsAt least 6 years of relevant management experience and excellent people skillsAbility to lead a team and drive results Good sales and commercial affinity or strong willingness to build these capabilitiesStrong technical backgroundUnderstanding of the value driven by ERP, MES and other OT solutionsOur offer Accenture is an incredible place to work - and keep learning.
