Our full list of tailored local benefits can be found below.Benefits in Stein: https://bit.ly/42DlBDk What You Will DoPrepare and bring clinical batches to the fill & finish production line.Lead and execute clinical batches on the fill & finish line, ensuring smooth operations.Create and maintain critical documentation, including master batch records and sampling plans, in compliance with GMP standards.Analyze past batch performance to identify improvements and support changes or deviations during production.Maintain the processes at Inspection readiness level and provide the necessary support in any internal or external audit.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous process optimization.Lead small to mid-size projects supporting the site to ensure efficient and compliant processes.What We Are Looking ForMasters degree or PhD in Life Science or equivalent experienceExperience in the GMP controlled environment is a plusExperience in aseptic drug product manufacturing processes (especially fill&finish) is a plusYou enjoy working in a team and you enjoy working in a structured and detail oriented mannerFluency in English and conversational skills in German (ca B1/B2 level at a minimum)About LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
