At Culligan, we're committed to delivering state-of-the-art products and water solutions that benefit our customers while minimizing the impact on the environment.The RoleReporting to the National Warehouse Manager, we are looking for a Refurb Team Leader to lead the on-site team of Refurb Technicians to achieve daily targets set out based on usage, availability and demand from management.The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of our units, materials and parts to ensure the team are able to complete their daily tasks with no downtime or loss of production.Hours of Work: 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday Responsibilities:Assist the demand planning team to ensure that availability of materials / spare parts and units are available to complete refurbsResponsible for refurb targets daily / weekly / monthlyCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right stock is at the right place at the right timeCompleting daily stand ups with the team to review previous performance and day aheadDevelop a culture of continuous improvement within our refurb teams to align with our refurb utilisation goalsResponsible for average cost to refurb and goal to drive costs down whilst still maintaining high standardsResponsible for waste collections and ensuring compliance with legislation including but not limited to: Units being recycled / cardboard once bailed / excess plastic Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team including but not limited to absence management / performance management / etcRequirementsProven experience as a team lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environmentAbility to forge key relationships with internal stakeholdersExperience leading teams is desired in a manufacturing environmentExperience of demand planning is preferred but not essentialExperience of working towards targets would be beneficial Ability to utilise ERP systems and excel is essentialAbility to produce a production plan considering all inputs and outputs to achieve targets set out by managementBenefitsMonday - Friday Days working pattern23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long serviceCompany Pension schemeCompany Sick Pay (after qualifying period)Shopping discounts with Perks at Work24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme Volunteering DayEmployee support network and mental health assistance
