We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our payroll operations and contribute to the success of our People and Culture team. What will I be doing?We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Payroll Administrator. Reporting to the Payroll Services Manager, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll in line with employment agreements and New Zealand legislation.
You will also assist with general payroll-related administration, including preparing reports, and support the wider people and culture team as required. What are we looking for?You will have either: Previous experience in payroll, orA background in HR or finance administration with a strong interest in developing a career in payroll. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Basic Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with systems such as SAP or SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team collaboration skills will set you up for success in this role.
