Job Description

ResponsibilitiesManage project and meeting schedules for domestic and international clients/partners and follow upSupport creation and management of business documents (proposals, quotations, technical materials, contracts)Communicate and organize progress with stakeholders (classification societies, shipyards, partners)Track project progress and issues, and prepare internal reporting documentsDraft and translate global collaboration documents (English emails, meeting minutes, proposals)Assist in marketing activities and operations (e.g., exhibitions, seminars, and promotional materials)Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higherMinimum 3 years of experience in customer management or operations in the maritime industryDeep understanding of ship operation, ship classification, and IT/OT system deploymentWillingness to learn about IT/industry/technology and person with strong communication competenciesProficiency in English (preferred for global collaboration)Preferred QualificationsExperience in IT/security/shipbuilding/maritime/industrial equipment fields (including internship)Experience in writing English meeting minutes, proposals, and reportsExperience in technical sales / PM / business development / operations support roles
