Responsibilities[Project-Based Sales Management]Develop and execute strategies for securing cybersecurity solutions in ship and offshore plant projectsAnalyze customer requirements and prepare technical/commercial proposalsEstimate costs, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreementsIdentify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysisBuild long-term relationships and manage communication with client[Project Management Role]General management of projects after contract (PM role)Manage project schedule, scope, budget, and qualityCoordinate with internal departments (design, production, procurement, quality)Handle major issues and change management with clientsMonitor contract execution and manage risksConduct post-project evaluation and reporting[Other Duties]Analyze performance and manage KPIsPrepare internal reports and executive presentationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Naval Architecture, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldsOver 10 years of experience in sales and project management in shipyards or offshore EPC industriesPractical experience in ship contracting and biddingProject management skills based on PMBOKProficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systemsProficiency in English (preferred for global collaboration)Preferred QualificationsProject experience with various ship types (LNG carriers, container ships, tankers)Experience dealing with global clients and overseas business tripsHolding relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPIM, CPSM)Understanding of contract-related legal practices
