Your job in a nutshellThe Market Access and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Lead will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s market access strategy. This role contributes to the clinical development of our pipeline and leads the market development strategy for approved products. The primary objective is to secure and sustain patient access across the European Union (EU), with support for Rest of World (ROW) markets as needed.Working in close collaboration with the Clinical & Scientific Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial Development teams, the Market Access and HEOR Lead will ensure the successful commercialization of our IVD products. The position carries a strong external focus, representing the company in payer engagement, policy discussions, and coverage negotiations, to effectively demonstrate the value of our portfolio to healthcare systems and decision-makers.Together we ensure the validation and implementation of clinically relevant scientific discoveries into reliable medical diagnostic assays for diagnosis, prognosis and drug effectiveness prediction that will ultimately contribute to improved patient care. You will work from our Rotterdam office (hybrid work model).Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute market access strategies that enable our IVD products to be introduced into new markets, as well as develop market penetration in existing markets.Conduct market research, analyze reimbursement policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical & Scientific Affairs team, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial Development Team.Responsible for developing Value dossiers together with internal stakeholders.Identifying new business development opportunities and potential partners.You have: a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or Health Economics and Health Policy -  a Master’s degree is preferred.5+ years of market access and value communication and demonstrated experience in HEOR.experience in evidence reviews and health economic modelling.demonstrated success in reimbursement.strong communication and interpersonal skills.excellent problem-solving abilities.a reliable and confident approach, unafraid to speak your mind and stand by your decisions.proven project management skills.the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.a strong sense of integrity and professional ethics.the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.the capability to effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.We offera full-time position, a market competitive salary and market competitive secondary conditions of employment.a hybrid work model.opportunities for personal growth.the best of two worlds: a career in life sciences at an innovative biotech company with the emphasis on clinical diagnostics in close collaboration with an academic environment.the ability to serve society with science-based solutionsAt SkylineDxWe live to make a difference.
