Job DescriptionJob Title: Market Access LeadPosting Start Date: 25/08/2025Job Description:We're looking for a Market Access Lead who will lead processes for pricing, reimbursement, access, stakeholder engagement processes for Daiichi Sankyo Turkey oncology portfolio. S/he will be working closely with affiliate commercial teams and with regional teams, DSTR brand teams including Pricing, Reimbursement and Access, Regulatory Affairs, marketing and medical affairs. This person will support the Market Access team in Turkey will be reporting to Market Access and Regulatory Affairs Director and will be working in close collaboration with DS International Regulatory Affairs DSE Oncology& DSE Market Access OBU.Responsibilities:Lead development of pricing, reimbursement, HTA and access activities working cross-functionally/regionallyEnhance information exchange and best practice sharing across MSC and DSE; drive adoption of pricing tools and resourcesEnsure price submissions are done accurately and timely manner while working closely with DSE price team for IRP process, tracking reimbursement and pricing lists, stakeholder engagementGeneration of reimbursement dossier in line with local requirements while generating local data and adapting Global CE modelsInsight generation and information among DSTR teams regarding competitors and DSTR portfolio pricing, reimbursement and sectoral analysis & closely monitoring developments in healthcare environmentStakeholder engagement activities for OBU product portfolio stakeholders like KoLs, SSI & MoH and TEB as well as other govermental agencies.Support alliance processes & BC processes to ensure OBU access processes are managed flawlessly.Determine proactive price strategies of the products which are licensed or to be licensed and price application to Ministry of HealthCollaborate with Regulatory & Commercial & Sales and Medical teams to generate access strategies.Knowledge And Skills:2 or more years of hands on experience acquired at pharmaceutical companies,demonstrated experience with developing pricing, reimbursement and accessStrong strategic mindset & analytical & pro-active approach- ability to work well in a matrix team environment and independentlyExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Strong process/project management skillsStrong business acumen & solution-orientedFluency in EnglishAgile mindset and willing to work in a dynamic environment
