Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionAffiliate: Roche Korea (Pharma)Cluster: Access & PolicyWork location: Seoul, South KoreaYour Key Responsibilities Roche Korea Products pricing & reimbursement managementPricing & reimbursement of new drug: Strategy and dossier development withchapter lead.HIRA, NHIS, MoHW process to ensuring the P&R (new P&R listing, reimbursementexpansion, negotiation) of Roche productsPost-management of listing drugs (Price-volume Negotiation etc.) Develop PE study or outcomes study for products to have best reimbursement guideline andcompetitive MRP/net price. Review & Analysis of relevant P&R regulations, reimbursement guidelines to educate in-housecustomers and support business impact minimization. Modulate to communicate with relevant stakeholders (MOHW/NHIS/HIRA/Academy) through cross-functional collaborationWho You Are Minimum 5 years experience in P&R of pharmaceutical company Bachelor degree, or above majored in pharmacy. (Pharmacist is preferred.) Filing experience for new drug P&R listing and/or reimbursement expansion Knowledge of external environment, relevant government regulations Knowledge and experience of pharmaco-economic analysis and new drug P&R listing Good analyze the Budget Impact of health insurance Good at communication, English and computer skills.
