About The TeamShopee International Platform (SIP) maximizes assortment availability to our buyers in all local markets, and supports local sellers/brands to grow into global sellers/brands with Shopee. The team comprises all business sub-functions including Commercial, Operations, Financial Planning and Analytics, and Strategic Projects. You will be part of an entrepreneurial and collaborative team aspiring to bring high strategic impact to all Shopee local markets, cross-border selling and infrastructure, commercial growth, operational excellence, and new business and capability at whole platform levelJob DescriptionDrive and scale sellers' cross-border growth from origin markets to other Shopee markets by managing commercial operations across multiple marketsPlan and execute impactful marketing initiatives targeting SIP sellers, aligned with the e-commerce calendar (e.g., mega sales, seasonal promotions, product launches), ensuring timely launches and smooth execution across the Shopee platformManage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial targetsIdentify and troubleshoot bottlenecks across campaign execution, seller issues, or market-specific barriers, ensuring resolution with minimal business disruptionAnalyse and build deep market insights and tailor localised strategies to maximise seller performance across different regionsSupport strategic projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the region to drive business objectivesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Management, International Business, Economics, or Data Science & AnalyticsStrong stakeholder and relationship management with the ability to influence their decision-makingBilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from AsiaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in campaign analytics, KPIs, and ROI tracking, with data-driven mindsetProven ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects/markets and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
