Company DescriptionBe part of an online travel success story, join Luxury Escapes as a Market Manager enabling our hotel partners to sell to our 8 million subscribers!Luxury Escapes is one of the world's fastest growing travel businesses, reaching up to 7 million subscribers each month with exclusive limited time offers at 'insider' prices.We are a collective of forward-thinking people, driven to challenge the travel industry and ourselves to bring ever better travel experiences to our customer community.Awarded as one of the 'Best Places to Work’ by the AFR; employee experience is king here, with lunches provided 5 days a week, an onsite gym with premium change facilities, weekly events, the opportunity to experience the travel we offer and significant professional development opportunities - we go above and beyond to make every workday something to look forward to!Job DescriptionWe are now looking for a Market Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with hotels and third-party suppliers to drive incremental sales for Luxury Escapes.Working closely with the Commercial Sales team, the role involves negotiating and contracting new and repeat statis rate and dynamic focused partnerships and campaigns dynamic campaigns, maintaining rate parity, owning all pre/post production responsibilities.The Market Manager also ensures all deals are commercially sound and will ensure signed static and dynamic contracts are accurately completed as they get passed over to the Partner Success team for go-live production.You Will Be Responsible ForCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business and partner goalsEstablish and maintain the quality of data in Luxury Escapes’ CRM (Salesforce) system, ensuring it is up to date and accurate for contracting and production purposesManage pre- and post-production responsibilities, including effective communication with internal stakeholders and partnersDrive incremental sales through dynamic and static rate promotional campaigns - negotiating and contracting exclusive discounts, and value adsAnalyse post-campaign results, generate reports, and conduct market research to identify commercial opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with hotel partners, reviewing performance and offering insights to optimise revenueWork with Revenue Management to drive repeat performance and maximise regional successInvestigate instances where rates are uncompetitive and liaise with suppliers to obtain rates that ensure our competitiveness in the marketplaceFoster relationships between new and existing hotel partners, with a portion of the role focused on new supplyAct as the Subject Matter Expert for campaigns in the designated regionPartner escalation support contact for all connectivity related issuesSales support for live campaigns - both static and dynamic focusedCustomer Service escalation contact for life of travel validity/escalationsPartner escalation contact for Finance queries & Payment (old and new campaigns) QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Passion for salesExceptional stakeholder management skillsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyFlexible, positive attitude with innovative thinking to meet deadlinesStrong initiative and problem-solving abilitiesSolid understanding of the end-to-end travel sales processProven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamEnsure accuracy of all contracted data for the creative teamStrong business development and account management skillsWillingness to adapt to change and and take on new projects aligned with business needs and growthThose with previous experience of hotel deal negotiation will be highly regarded.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?First-class health and well-being program, including an onsite gym, yoga, and meditation, with breakfast and catered lunch provided five days a week, plus an exceptional Employee Assistance Program.Fun and flexible working environment - Friday afternoon onsite gatherings (wine included!) and monthly celebrations.Opportunity to experience the travel we sell through famils.A fun, dynamic environment with a collaborative team.Generous staff discount and birthday leave!If you’re interested in the role but don't check every box, apply anyway, we’d love to hear from you!We embrace diversity in our people and make hiring decisions based on your experiences and skills.
