This is your opportunity to work with a passionate, close-knit team that values creativity, rigour, and fun.If you’re looking to apply your qualitative and quantitative skills on impactful healthcare studies, this role is perfect for you.Salary: R35 000 - R40 000 Per MonthResponsibilitiesDevelop screeners, discussion guides, and surveys for qualitative and quantitative research projects.Lead day-to-day fieldwork coordination, liaising with partners and keeping clients informed throughout.Analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, turning insights into compelling narratives.Create visually engaging PowerPoint reports, ensuring findings are easy to digest and visually appealing.Attend and contribute to client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person (with occasional travel opportunities).Manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.Support business development through proposal writing and research planning.RequirementsQualifications and ExperienceEssential:Minimum of 3 years' experience in market research, ideally with a healthcare focus.Hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.Proven track record of end-to-end project management.Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client engagement.Ideal Profile:A natural self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.Passionate about collaboration, brainstorming, and creative problem-solving.Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.Positive, energetic, and adaptable – someone who genuinely enjoys the research process and team success.Motivated by phrases like “seize the day”, “upwards and onwards”, and “let’s have fun!”.Equipment Requirements:Reliable internet connection.Access to a personal laptop or desktop for remote work.
