A job that matters: your tasks Calculate and prepare quotations for complex projects and maintenance/repair services, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Draft and prepare associated contracts for approved quotations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support the Sales department in generating leads and conducting sales outreach (e.g., Telesales) from infrequent/low-tier customers Manage and monitor projects during the bidding phase: call construction companies, submit bid documents, and register. Liaise with Local Sales teams, Finance, and Technicians to gather necessary information and ensure seamless communication and coordination Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and customer interactions in the relevant systems and project costs.
