• Oversee the full recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers• Align with hiring managers for the onboarding process• Act as a point of contact for legal and employment issues across various countries• Coordinate various HR activities (performance reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, policy updates)• Provide guidance to leadership on various employee development topics• Assist with HR administration (benefits plans and contracts, HRIS support, reporting and audits)• Work with finance to conduct payroll related itemsKey Qualifications:
