Role: Account Manager (Agency experience is required)Salary: $100K MaxHybrid onsite in NYC 2x week!About the Role:A leading creative and marketing agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support a major financial services client. This growing global account requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional to manage projects from concept through delivery. The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the office based in New York City’s financial district.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with day-to-day client contacts and cross-functional internal teams.Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, web, and video channels.Identify opportunities for cross-team collaboration and expanded support.Provide administrative and operational support to clients and internal business partners.Partner with operations and project management teams to troubleshoot process or platform challenges.Manage multiple projects on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and consistency.Review creative briefs, coordinate assets, and collaborate with creative teams to ensure all deliverables meet specifications.Serve as an internal advocate for the client, offering strategic insights and best practices across creative and production processes.Interpret client feedback and communicate actionable next steps to the internal team, offering recommendations where appropriate.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development, bringing creative and strategic thinking to all client work.Partner with account and project management teams to scope, estimate, and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital advertising, account management, or project management.Proven ability to manage client relationships, from initial request through delivery, while exceeding expectations.Experience working in or with a creative studio environment is highly advantageous.Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly and professionally.Demonstrated creativity, collaboration, and leadership in fast-paced agency or client-facing environments.Results-driven, accountable, and passionate about delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
