Role OverviewThe Marketing & Admissions Manager plays a pivotal role in driving student enrollment for the academy’s programs in Robotics, Aerospace, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. Acting as the key link between prospective students and the academy, this role oversees the full admissions lifecycle, from initial outreach and inquiries to enrollment and onboarding.This is a performance-based, commission-driven position, ideally suited for someone skilled in communication, marketing, and student engagement. The manager earns a percentage of every successful enrollment, making it a great opportunity for highly motivated, results-oriented individuals.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and engage prospective students through digital platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, tech communities, and university networks.Establish partnerships with schools, student groups, and educational organizations to promote the academy’s offerings.Launch and manage targeted outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the academy’s mission, course benefits, and career outcomes.Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner, guiding them from initial interest to confirmed enrollment.Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified student leads on a monthly basis.Utilize basic CRM tools or shared spreadsheets to track, manage, and update lead information.Oversee the complete admissions process, including application support, registration, and payment confirmation.Help students understand course options, pricing tiers, and available payment plans.Assess student applications based on pre-defined eligibility criteria.Ensure accurate and secure data management of all applicants.Send timely admission decisions and onboarding materials to enrolled students.Provide weekly enrollment updates and reports to the leadership team.Craft and send compelling messages and scripts for direct outreach via email, DMs, or calls.Represent the academy in student forums, online communities, and educational spaces.Address common questions related to program content, schedules, and learning models.Host or co-host online info sessions or webinars to introduce potential students to the academy.Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful tone in all communications with students and parents.Ensure all marketing and communication efforts are aligned with the academy’s brand voice, tone, and mission.
