We help underserved middle-class homeowners in Indonesia access low-interest loans based on their property to unlock opportunities for growth and financial freedom.Our Marketing team connects our mission with the people who need it most through data-driven strategies, community networks, and meaningful partnerships that create real impact.Your RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern to support our team in uncovering insights that drive smarter marketing decisions.You’ll help manage marketing data, maintain dashboards, and turn raw numbers into stories that guide how we grow.This internship is ideal for a final-year student or fresh graduate who’s curious about how data shapes marketing strategy and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech environment.What You Will DoSupport the maintenance and improvement of marketing dashboards to ensure accurate and timely insights.Assist in building and optimizing data pipelines for various marketing initiatives.Conduct exploratory data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate business questions into actionable insights.Help monitor data quality and integrity across marketing tools and sources.Contribute to automating reporting processes using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.Present your findings and recommendations to the team in a clear and structured way.What You’ll GainHands-on experience turning data into real marketing decisions in a fintech startup.Exposure to cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and business teams.Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.A dynamic and learning-focused environment that values curiosity, experimentation, and growth.Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension based on performance)This is a paid internship.RequirementsWhat You BringFinal-year student or recent graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia or abroad.Studying a STEM-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar).Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how marketing works in a data-driven company.(Preferred) Prior project or internship experience in data analytics, marketing, or a related area.
