About Us:We are seeking a creative, analytical, and driven Marketing and Branding Specialist to join our dynamic team in Smilepayz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and drive adoption of our payment products and services across regional markets. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a keen interest in fintech and payment technologies.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign ExecutionAssist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote payment gateway, e-wallet, and cross-border payment products.Execute online and offline marketing campaigns including product launches, partnership promotions, and branding activities.Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.Manage and track campaign performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and ROI targets.2. Digital Marketing & Brand ManagementManage the company’s online presence including website content, social media platforms (e.g. Telegram, Instagram), and digital advertising.Create and curate engaging content (articles, visuals, videos, EDMs) that highlight company products and thought leadership in the payment industry.Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve audience engagement.Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.Familiar with SEO operations and keyword attraction. 3. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisConduct research on industry trends, market movements, and emerging payment technologies.Track competitors’ marketing activities, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities and gaps.Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and product positioning.4. Events, Partnerships & CommunicationCoordinate company participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.Assist in planning marketing collaborations and co-branding initiatives with financial institutions, merchants, and channel partners.Prepare marketing presentations, promotional materials, and communication decks for business partners and clients.Manage external vendors or agencies to ensure high-quality execution of marketing deliverables.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services sector in B2B payments or similar.
