You’ll shape how the world experiences our products through captivating visuals and motion, blending artistic intuition with bold experimentation. At Stoikk, creativity isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about crafting meaning, emotion, and connection through every pixel.How You’ll Make an ImpactCreate high-impact marketing visuals — produce engaging video ads, static creatives, and digital assets that drive user acquisition across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, etc.).Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to analyze creative performance data, identify patterns, and brainstorm next-generation concepts that improve conversion and engagement.Turn marketing goals into visual stories that strengthen Stoikk’s brand and attract new users.Stay ahead of creative trends and audience behaviors to inspire new tests.Experiment with new AI workflows to enhance quality, speed, and creative expression — exploring emerging tools that redefine how we create.Continuously innovate and think outside the box, proposing fresh visual directions, formats, and storytelling techniques for A/B testing.Ensure brand consistency and quality, maintaining the highest creative standards across all visuals and campaigns.Required Skills You’ll Need to SucceedBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.3+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing, ideally in performance marketing, mobile apps, or gaming.A strong portfolio showcasing visually impactful and data-driven marketing creatives.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.Passion for global design and motion trends, coupled with curiosity to explore AI-powered creative tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, experimental, and team-oriented environment.
