Marketing Assistant

Role Overview:The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to support content creation, social media scheduling, email marketing, and community engagement across various platforms. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and writing skills, along with a keen eye for detail and creativity. The ideal candidate enjoys creating engaging content, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes initiative to keep campaigns running smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Scheduling: Create marketing assets using pre-defined templates on Canva for social media and marketing materials.Edit and caption short-form videos for social media.Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms.Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns using HubSpot templates.Supporting Responsibilities:Maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring photos and creative files are properly cataloged.Engage with clients and audiences through text platforms and online social communities.Assist with reporting and tracking performance metrics for email and social media campaigns.Qualifications:Proven experience in social media management and content scheduling.Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with design templates.Experience in email marketing, preferably using HubSpot or similar tools.Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Our Hiring ProcessApplication Review: Submit your application and resume.
