Role Description The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing operations for Touchpulse in Eindhoven, where this on-site, full-time position is based. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with customer service initiatives, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and drafting and distributing communication materials. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement marketing campaigns and provide administrative support as needed to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersKnowledge in Market Research with the ability to gather and analyze data to support marketing strategiesExperience in Sales and Sales & Marketing activities, including assisting in the execution of campaigns and customer outreach effortsOrganizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
