You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns to support our client adoption and growth goals in the EMEA region.In this role, you will work closely with the marketing channel owners and cross functionally with Account Management, Product, Support and other commercial teams to understand and clearly communicate the value FareHarbor provides to our clients. You will dive deep into understanding the needs of specific segments in order to provide clients and users with opportunities and solutions to strengthen their partnership with FareHarbor.We are looking for someone who thinks in outcomes, not features, makes decisions based on data and is energized by challenges.What You’ll Do HereLead the execution of digital marketing campaigns from ideation to reporting. Champion key client segments and/or portion of the client journey. Iterate, test and optimize your client engagement strategies to drive higher adoption, retention and revenue growth of your target clients. Project manage campaign intake and execution, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders (AM, Product, Partnerships). Partner with channel owners to define the strategy of deliverables per channel including FareHarbor.com, the FareHarbor blog, webinars, social, and email. Develop and distribute campaign toolkits (messaging, creative briefs, enablement collateral). Guide the creative and copy teams to ensure deliverables successfully communicate the campaigns key communication and KPI goals. Report on the impact of campaigns based on engagement data and revenue attribution. Apply your insights to future campaigns. Requirements3+ years working in a digital strategy role at an agency or SaaS company Experience owning multi-channel digital marketing strategies including email marketing, social media, display, search and social campaigns and SEO. Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel campaigns Intermediate to advanced analytical skills and an aptitude for using data to drive decision making; includes experience working with Google Analytics in a professional setting Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to intelligently push beyond “the ask” Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities.
