About the Role We're looking for a sharp and proactive Marketing Assistant to become a vital part of our team. This role blends creativity, structure, and strategic thinking. You will work across content, events, AI, and social media to drive and support our marketing efforts.
What You’ll Do Support SMM efforts, including offline content coordination and photoshoot planning Provide executive-level support, including scheduling, preparing briefs, coordinating communications and ensuring smooth follow-up on priorities Take initiative in managing diverse marketing projects and tasks - and ensure smooth execution of ideas that require ownership Lead event organization and admin (business networking, workshops, sales/marketing club events, conferences, etc) Prepare presentations, video and promotional materials for internal and external needs Actively manage LinkedIn and other social profiles for the executive team Bring a "thinker’s mindset" - AI-driven optimization, efficiency and continuous improvementYou Are Fluent in at least three languages:
