MARKETING ASSOCIATE (MAKATI)

The Marketing Associate is responsible in account solicitation activities, customer obssession, documentation, administrative function, and compliance monitoring.Responsibilities Pre-screens and encodes application within the standard turn-around time Assists the Sales Officer in relaying approval to client, referring branch, salesman or dealer Assists the Sales Officer in answering inquiries and concerns of the channels being handled Assists client in signing of loan documents (for Direct Marketing accounts) Assists the Sales Officer in conducting follow-ups on the accounts with pending approvals Prepare the loan documents to be signed by the client for Direct Marketing accounts Prepares and sends the Purchase Order and Credit Advice (for Dealer Financing) to the dealer Prepares report and monitors status of applications received in coordination with the Sales Officer Handles the processing of payment of the department’s expenses through eProc Manages the supplies and equipment of the department Follows up and regularizes documentary deficiencies to ensure compliance Ensures compliance on mandatory trainings and seminars Qualifications Graduate of 4 year degree course Goal-oriented, focus on completing the tasks to achieve positive outcome Adaptability, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision Team Player, works well with the team and actively contributes completing team tasks
