OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with advanced expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub to design, build, and optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating automated workflows that support lead generation, nurturing, retention, and conversion—ensuring the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time. This role requires hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, behavior-based triggers, email sequences, and dynamic customer journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement HubSpot automated customer journeys, including lead nurturing sequences, onboarding flows, re-engagement programs, and multi-step lifecycle campaigns.Develop, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows (email automation, internal notifications, enrollment triggers, branching logic, suppression lists).Build and manage email marketing campaigns, dynamic email content, A/B testing, personalization tokens, and smart content.Create and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms to support inbound and demand generation initiatives.Establish behavior-triggered automation, such as page visits, email engagement, form submissions, CRM properties, and lifecycle stage changes.Integrate HubSpot with CRM systems and external platforms to ensure accurate data sync, segmentation, and workflow automation.Build and maintain lead scoring models tied to engagement, demographics, and behavioral data to support better sales qualification.Develop custom dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, workflow effectiveness, and campaign ROI.Ensure accurate lead handoff to the Sales team through automated assignment, notifications, and lifecycle stage management.Maintain marketing database hygiene, including list cleaning, duplicate resolution, GDPR compliance, and consent management.Stay current with HubSpot updates, automation trends, AI tools, and best practices to continuously improve automation efficiency.QualificationsProven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist, Marketing Technologist, or similar role with a strong focus on HubSpot Marketing Hub.Hands-on experience building multi-step customer journeys, automated sequences, and behavior-driven workflows.Strong knowledge of inbound marketing, email automation strategy, segmentation, and lead nurturing frameworks.Proficiency with CRM systems, data management, custom properties, and reporting dashboards.Solid understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, buyer personas, and funnel optimization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize workflows, and improve automation performance.Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
