Job Title: Marketing Automation SpecialistLocation: Switzerland (Zurich / Geneva / Basel / Remote) Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing / CRM Reports to: Head of Marketing / CRM Manager / Marketing Technology LeadAbout the RoleWe are seeking a data-driven and technically skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and CRM integrations to support the company’s digital marketing and sales strategies. This role is ideal for someone who combines marketing expertise with a passion for technology, analytics, and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, web, CRM).Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Eloqua).Design and test workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and re-engagement.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align automation strategies with business goals.Create and manage campaign assets — including email templates, landing pages, and forms.Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.Ensure data quality and synchronization between marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize automation flows based on performance metrics.Support GDPR compliance and data privacy best practices.Stay up-to-date with marketing technology trends and recommend improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or digital campaign operations.Hands-on experience with one or more automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, or similar).Solid understanding of email marketing, lead scoring, funnel optimization, and customer journeys.Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and integration management.Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization is a plus.Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements in Europe.Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.What We OfferCompetitive Swiss salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible working arrangements (remote, hybrid, or on-site).Access to leading marketing technology tools and platforms.Opportunities for continuous learning and certification (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Collaborative, innovative, and international team environment.
