Marketing Automation Specialist

Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide.We are expanding our global team and looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field of marketing in a successful, fast-growing global start-up?Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and optimize automated outbound campaigns using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and email.Develop lead nurturing workflows, sequences, and multichannel outreach strategies.Use Apollo for lead enrichment and segmentation.Write and test compelling copy for emails and LinkedIn messaging to increase engagement.Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging and targeting.Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve outreach efficiency and ROI.Own the end-to-end execution of outreach—from strategy to reporting.Requirements3+ years of experience in sales with knowledge in automation, sequence setup, workflow setup, and CRM management (especially HubSpot).Strong hands-on skills with sales and automation tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other email outreach platforms.Exceptional copywriting skills and experience with A/B testing.Strategic thinker with an execution mindset.Strong attention to detail, self-driven, and proactive.Zapier/Make or experience with Clay is a plus.Previous experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech companies is a strong plus.BenefitsRemote-first team culture.Dynamic and interesting work in an early-stage, funded startup.Ability to influence the next stages of our growth.Experience working in the ever-changing world of fintech.Work with modern sales and marketing tools.Supportive, international team.Opportunities for professional and personal growth.Join our team at Native Teams, a fast-growing global start-up.
