Position Overview:The Marketing & Brand Manager (Holding & Subsidiaries) leads the marketing and branding strategy of the holding group, ensuring a unified corporate identity across all subsidiaries.This role is responsible for strengthening the group’s market position and reputation through an integrated strategy that combines marketing, branding, and corporate communications.The manager oversees the development of group-wide brand standards, ensures compliance by subsidiaries, and provides strategic support for localized campaigns aligned with the group’s brand vision.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the group marketing strategy ensuring message consistency across all subsidiaries.Establish and monitor group brand and identity standards, ensuring adherence across entities.Build and protect a unified corporate image that reflects the group’s values and strategic objectives.Support subsidiaries in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with group direction.Oversee integrated campaigns, media relations, and corporate communication channels.Analyze marketing performance and evaluate its impact on brand awareness and corporate reputation.Collaborate with executive departments to align marketing efforts with finance and operations.Manage the marketing team and coordinate directly with marketing managers in subsidiaries.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and brand management, including at least 3 years in a holding-group environment.Proven expertise in harmonizing corporate identity across multiple entities.In-depth understanding of digital and multichannel marketing strategies.Ability to analyze marketing performance and link it to financial outcomes.Strong corporate communication and public relations skills.Proficiency in both Arabic and English.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
