Today, we offer hundreds of itineraries across the globe, focusing on responsible travel that supports local communities and preserves the environment while aiming to provide meaningful experiences to all who travel with us.We are looking to hire a Campaigns & Partnerships Manager (NAM) to join our Acquisition team! Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will be the strategic lead for new customer acquisition in your region. You will act as the regional owner of the new customer journey, connecting awareness, consideration, and conversion activities into cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable growth. You’ll shape the what and the why of campaigns, working with channel specialists and agencies who will deliver the how. This role requires a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring every campaign is built on a deep understanding of our audiences and their motivations.This is a remote role for individuals located on the East Coast within the Eastern Time Zone, allowing for effective collaboration with teams based in the UK and Toronto.What we’ll offer:Competitive Salary: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year 18 days PTO (increasing with length of service) plus birthday day off each year401k Plan + Life Insurance Health, Dental and Vision PlansRemote workingTravel discountsWhat you’ll do:Lead regional new customer acquisition strategy, setting vision and priorities for campaigns and partnershipsDevelop and deliver top-down regional acquisition plans that connect awareness, consideration, and conversion into cohesive campaignsOwn and manage regional campaign and acquisition marketing calendarsTrack and report performance against new customer acquisition targetsIdentify and develop commercially strategic partnerships that drive high-value customer acquisition and strengthen market presenceDevelop strategic briefs that inspire high-performing channel executionProvide clear recommendations on budget shifts and channel mix based on performance analysisLead all aspects of budget allocation and scenario planning to maximise return on investmentManage agency relationships at a strategic level, driving accountability and performanceEnsure regional alignment with global strategies and best practicesCollaborate with Media, PR, Web, CRM, and Search teams to integrate channel activity into unified, results-driven campaignsMonitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy and optimise performanceManage the Campaigns & Partnerships Senior Executive, providing direction, development, and support to ensure effective campaign executionWhat you’ll bring:Established expertise in marketing, with a focus on acquisition and campaign leadershipProven success in driving customer growth through strategic, cross-channel campaignsSkilled in partnership marketing and managing agencies at a strategic levelExperienced in owning commercial targets and delivering acquisition resultsAble to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategyStrong influencing skills to align cross-functional and agency teams to a shared visionCustomer-first mentality, using audience insights to shape strategy and executionExceptional brief-writing and communication skills to influence and inspire agency partnersA creative yet analytical approach, combining innovative campaign thinking with disciplined performance focusWe believe people perform best when they can be their true selves and diverse teams drive better results.
